Function:
This report is designed to show the notes created in Workflow
Usage:
Run this report by Create Date (Workflow Task Create Date) as well as Note Date (Note Create Date). Optional filters include Status, User ID(s), and Task(s)
Hints and Tips:
To include a Workflow Note on the account a user must access Operation >Workflow. Select the patient account by double clicking on the blue hyperlink for the account number. This will open the Patient Worksheet, which provides an option for adding a note on the account. Enter the note information in the Note field then click the Add Note button to save.
Note:

In order for a Note to appear in this report, the user must enter “WF-” before each individual note.

The Create Date From and To filter refers to the date that the Workflow Task was created.

The Note Date From and To filter and Note Date column on the report, refers to the date the Note was created.
