WF10042 - Workflow Note Detail

Function:

This report is designed to show the notes created in Workflow

 

Usage:

Run this report by Create Date (Workflow Task Create Date) as well as Note Date (Note Create Date). Optional filters include Status, User ID(s), and Task(s)

 

Hints and Tips:

To include a Workflow Note on the account a user must access Operation >Workflow. Select the patient account by double clicking on the blue hyperlink for the account number. This will open the Patient Worksheet, which provides an option for adding a note on the account. Enter the note information in the Note field then click the Add Note button to save.

 

Note:

  • In order for a Note to appear in this report, the user must enter “WF-” before each individual note.

  • The Create Date From and To filter refers to the date that the Workflow Task was created.

  • The Note Date From and To filter and Note Date column on the report, refers to the date the Note was created.
